Goal

You make the real piece in one continuous run: underdrawing through to surface across four days, a hard look on Friday while there is still time to change things, then three days to resolve the focal areas and unify the whole. The plan from Lesson 13 governs every session. If you want to change the plan, you discuss it — it is a conference, not a drift.

How it runs

• Mon 12-14 → Thu 12-17 — four-day build run, one continuous session: day 1 underdrawing and block-in; day 2 mid-stages (main relationships established); day 3 production, with the conference rota concentrated here; day 4 detail and surface. Each day: re-entry look, build, exit annotation against the plan.
• Fri 12-18 — mid-production review: the piece and the plan side by side, teacher and peer pass, protocol applied, changes listed and ranked. CS10: write and hand in the review reflection — what changes, in what order, and why.
• Mon 12-21 → Wed 12-23 — three-day resolve run, opening with the criteria read and the date on the board (Thu 2027-01-07): day 6 focal areas; day 7 surface unity; day 8 final touches and stop — you declare the piece finished in writing.

Assessment
